Cal Blay arrives in the Anoia region with the experience of a gastronomic project that began in 1982, when a small family restaurant started to define a way of understanding cuisine: honesty, tradition and a passion for doing things well. More than forty years later, that humble beginning has grown into a leading company in the sector, remaining true to Catalan cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. We now begin a new chapter at Sesoliveres to continue offering dishes that honour the land, tradition and quality produce.
